Abstract: This case narrates the story of Krutika Bhiwapurkar (Krutika), an intern at Bank of Baroda, India, who had been struggling to figure out and match the schemes the bank had to offer with the profiles and requirements of the customers. Primarily, she had only two schemes to offer. One scheme was the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana Scheme and the other was the Mahila Shakti scheme. She had to first understand these schemes and, based on her knowledge of them, offer them to the customers based on their profiles and requirements. It was a difficult task as she was only an intern with limited knowledge of the functioning of the banking industry. One fine day, she had five customers who were asking her for schemes relevant to each one of them. Krutika now has a job on hand. How will she deal with each customer?
